  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized mirrors and frames.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue (including photos if the item is damaged or defective).

3.2 Approval and Instructions

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
